Is it genuinely leak-proof?

Yes when both TwinLock openings are fully closed. The straw opening and drinking opening lock separately, so the mug can travel in a work or gym bag.

Can I mix colours in a bundle?

Online bundles are packed in one selected colour so stock stays accurate. For a mixed-colour pack, contact us before ordering and we will arrange it manually.

How long does it keep drinks cold or hot?

Vacuum-insulated double-wall stainless steel keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for 9+ hours, depending on use and conditions.

What size is it?

40oz / 1.18L. It has a wide mouth for ice, a sturdy handle and a tapered base designed for standard car cup holders.

Delivery and cleaning?

Bundles include free UK delivery. The wide-mouth mug is dishwasher safe; lock components should be opened during cleaning.
